My Story
With over 25 years of experience in medtech, I have created value through organic and external profitable growth.
As a transformational leader, my expertise encompasses all aspects of corporate leadership and business operations management, across all continents. I started my career as a software engineer and held leadership positions in general management, sales, marketing, M&A, logistics, customer operations, manufacturing, R&D and IT with IDEXX, HillRom, Cardinal Health and Ahlstrom.
I have successfully created exceptional value in developing medical devices businesses & teams on all continents, thanks to my diverse cultural and functional background.
I have established and led large direct and indirect sales organizations in multiple countries, successfully led the development and launch of key product lines across continents, and optimized complete supply & manufacturing chains. I had the opportunity to lead multiple acquisitions and integrations in multiple medtech and life sciences segments (Capital Equipment, Surgical Implants, Medical Consumables, Hospital Services and Healthcare Materials).
I focus on helping investors (Private Equity funds or strategic buyers) identify, execute, and operate medtech acquisitions globally.
I am open for consulting assignments, transition management projects and CEO positions leading medtech organisations in achieving their full potential and delivering exceptional value creation.
